FIXED FEE

1% +VAT

We offer the above fixed rate to include marketing, Sale board, accompanied viewings, feedback reports, dealing with negotiations and offers, and liaising with solicitors throughout the sales process.

You will require an EPC certificate to sell your property, if you do not already have a certificate and would like Habitat to arrange this for you we can do so and the cost will be £75.00 + £14.00 Vat Total £89.00

WHEN ARE YOUR FEES PAYABLE?

Fees are payable on the day your property sale completes by bacs transfer via your conveyancer.

We work on a No Sale no fee basis with no cancellation fees.
